Front wheels scratch in turn

Hi

I've already asked this inside another topic, but I would like to open this to talk about this behaviour: when turned at maximum, my front wheels always scratches the ground, like they are forced to "hop" the ground. No matter what.

Wheels angle are fine, tires are nice, car linkages are ok.

In this video you can barely see it:

Is this normal?

Does it happen to you?

THANKS!!

Re: Front wheels scratch in turn

It is normal, the ackerman angles aren't that good with the stock suspension. And the hopping is made worse with wide tires.

I try to avoid full lock steering, and when I do full lock I move the car slowly.

RBob.
