Need more info. What cc pistons?

I see the eagle kits listed with everything from 16cc dish, to 5cc flat top to 4cc domes

Also whats your block deck height? Are you/did you have block decked?
What head gasket thickness and bore size?

Using .025" deck height, 4.166 x .038" head gaskets I come up with

16cc dish 9.76:1
5cc flat top 10.91:1
4cc dome 12.10:1

The 9.76 will run on pump fuel just fine
The 10.91 will run on pump fuel but not with your small cam. You would need to go up about 15* duration.
The 12.10 will not run on pump fuel, would need atleast 100-105 octane

Flat top two valve relief, head volume +5.00 engine is a 400 bored 30 over 406
