Help, won't start/ turn over...

Yes I know this has addressed here on this subject, but I have been unable to fix the problem. Here is the problem, you turn the ignition key and you hear everything power on, and turn to start and their is nothing, no click, the lights do not dim, nothing.
Here is what we have done so far, I can jump starter with a large screw driver and with ignition on the car will start. I replaced the solenoid on the starter and the neutral safety switch and still nothing. This is where I am out of idea's, any suggestions on what I should check next?
I have 1985 Camaro with a 5.7L IROC motor. Thanks for any help.

check your fuses. I worked on a car not to long ago and we had the same symptoms and it turned out being one simple fuse. So check the fuses and your relays

Thank you for all the advice. I did finally find the the ignition switch on top of the steering column had come loose and moved keeping the switch from engaging. Readjusted it and it works like a charm now. Hope this helps anyone having the same issues.
