What aluminum heads they are all very different?
What springs are in your heads?
What rocker arms do you plan on using?
What Shorty headers they are different
What edelbrock intake they are all different?
What do you consider strreetable?
What RPM range?
What transmission?
What rear end?
What block do you have roller or non roller?
What budget do you have?

Re: Cam for street use?

The OEM did a pretty great job designing a cam for this purpose !

I would be looking for an aftermarket cam with similar specs

Re: Cam for street use?

LT4 hotcam for something that gives up overall topend for a reliable, valve spring friendly setup.
Should pull well at 6000 rpm and have plenty of vacuum for power brakes.
It's not going to make the best power but will put a smile on your face with its good manners and lowend torque.
I'll ASSume you have around 9.5 to 1 compression with those heads.
