Approximate HP
Okay i have a 350sbc 5.7L L82 engine with aluminum heads 210cc and 64 runners i got longer pushrods for it they are rocker arms, with this cam http://m.summitracing.com/parts/lun-10120102lk
And then the bottom end is stock it has a edelbrock intake manifold headman headers and a holley 770cfm carb right now the carb is running very rich its messed up i just have to rebuild it but i was just wondering what you guys thing the hp and tq would be with what kind of power band i just want multiple people to say what they think this engine is in a 3rd gen camaro 1986 Z28 built transmission 700R4 and a 3.73 rear diff gear ratio and 275/65/15 tires on the back and thats if you want to say what you thing the hp will be to the ground. Thanks!

Carb seems way to big
What rocker ratio?
What compression?
Deck Height?
Some where between 250 and 400 depending on the build and tune I would imagine with those big heads and low lift combined with that monster carb you are going to have a very weak low end then a ton of power form about 5000 to 6000
If your carb primaries are too big your mixture can suffer and it can get all sorts of weird stumbles and surges along with a very rich condition. You can tune a lot of that out though.
Wheel HP would be 15-25% less depending on your drivetrain

400 is going to be a stretch for that combo it is a bit too mismatched but you might be able to get there at the crank after a few hours of dyno tuning and getting the carb and advance perfect.
Still need a lot more data to make any real guess. Who makes the heads?

So first i didntmean my push rods are ocker arms thats insain, i ment i also have rocker arms the ratio is 1.5 it is stock deck height and i cant remember who made the heads but i had the info about them how they were made and what not

If you can list the complete 'build sheet' for your engine I can get close to what the real world power is.
Bore of engine
What crankshaft
What rods
What pistons are in it, part # would help
How far in the bore does the piston sit at TDC
What head gaskets
All specs on the heads.. Brand name, part number, valve sizes, intake port size, chamber size.
Edelbrock intake part #
Carb part #
what timing chain
Was cam degree'd in or just installed dot to dot on chain gears
What size headers, part # would help too
What size Y pipe or dual pipes. Brand helps too
What brand cat converter
What's the rest of the cat back exhaust parts
What brand and # spark plugs
What plug wires
What dist.
What is your base timing
What is your timing curve
What jetting, power valves, etc are in the carb
What air cleaner setup/filter
What torque converter

I'd hate to be the one to crush your dreams of 400, but let mine be an example.
350, 4.040" bore, stroked. 389ci.
10.5:1 CR
AFR 205 heads, 2.055/1.6 valves.
Hooker Longtubes
A large hydraulic flat tappet cam (292/302 113LSA (cant remember lift at this moment))
I have more cubic inches, more compression, more cam, better intake/heads, and an overall better matched setup. Don't expect to hit as high as my low numbers.
After some time on the dyno I only managed 326/315 at the tires through a 700R4 on a mustang dyno. That equates to a MAX of 450 to the crank if I'm lucky. The car runs even with new ZL1 camaros and embarrasses 5.0 Mustangs. Point I'm trying to get at is, don't worry about numbers (especially since you won't have many numbers to brag about), worry about how it gets down the track.
