gear selecter complication
This summer I bought a 86 chevy s10 2.8l engine for my 85 chevy camaro and then my trans went out 2 weeks ago. So I recently bought a 85 chevy s10 transmission for the same 2.8l engine but the only problem I have is where the shifter cable hooks up to the side of trans to select the PRND21 gears they are different. So I was wondering what I have to do to solve that issue so that I can be able to hook up the cable and change gears. I need help asap so that I can drive my car thanks I would really appreciate it.

Seriously? You seem to have figured out the need to transfer the Camaro's tailhousing because of the torque arm, but you can't loosen a 15 mm nut to transfer the shift arm?

Re: gear selecter complication
Isn't there a bracket to attach the cable to the trans pan bolt holes just like a V8/700R4 car?
