best 700R4
old 700R4 just died, (overhauled/uprated in this country but not enough it seems)
any recommendations for a good replacement/supplier able to live with 450/500 bhp now and possibly 600 one day
got Strange rear axle so transmission is last weak link
thanks, John

Re: best 700R4
thoughts on these firms? (probably go for better trans than the advertised one as upgrades available) or know other/better firms

hydraulic side works well but mechanical breakages seem the problem
will give them a call, how much did yours cost?

I don't know how much mine cost, but I have one of his fitted in my car and thats sitting behind a 435hp crate motor. Very worth while giving him a shout and just talking through your options. Say Andy Dibley sent you, been talking to him a lot as he built the car I have.

Re: best 700R4
I have a spare 700r4 core if you need it. Was going to rebuild it for my typhoon, but my typhoon will be fine until I go back to the states in May. If you can do another MOT for my typhoon, I'll drop the core off for you. Would feel bad taking something back that cost money to bring into the UK.
