A 2003-2004 Z06
Got his *** handed to him by my 1986 Z28 heads up from a 65mph roll up to 120mph. The Vette had the jump and out by 1/2 car but the mighty Z28 had the power to make up the 1/2 car lenth and pull out by 1/2 car lenth.
Thanks to Kevin's tuning help my car to achive that goal. For awhile the Vette's was messing with me and I could only keep up for a short time. But know it's a different story. Next on my list is a 03-05 Cobra(without boost). I'm tired of them pulling me in the middle of 4th gear. It's on now!

Cool! I mean, that's awfully unlawful.
Where did you find a 'vette that will play? I can get anything else to show off their paces, but the vette drivers must know I'm a real loser. They don't even try.

In defense of Vince, He does know how to drive. I also know that in the right hands a fast car can be even faster. However in the "Wrong" hands even a fast car can be a stone.
Perhaps the Corvette was in the wrong hands.

C’mon…you guys have got to give my boy his props; he’s been waiting to take down a Z06 for years. Moments after it happened I got the phone call. Even as animated as Vince is, I find it extremely difficult to believe that he could fake the raw emotion I experienced with him on the phone.
Hell I took down a 03 Cobra in the Rocket just by getting into his head, and a Z06 on PCH just because he lifted in a sweeper when I leaned in for a little more (I’m sure Kevin remembers that one).
I clump Corvette, Viper, and Porsche drivers all on the same festering pile. Based on years of experience outfitting “super cars” with high-end aftermarket equipment, I’ve had the opportunity to get to know a lot of owners of said vehicles. Roughly 30% of these guys actually know how to drive.
These are your track guys that have invested in themselves and are looking to safely maximize their driving experience both on and off the track. Of these 30% only 10% are what I would consider to be true students of the game. These are the guys that will pull up next to you and pat the gas at a stop light or stay in your blind spot the whole time you think you’re laying the smack down on him with a bunch of what you think are killer lane changing combinations.
This is the holy grail of the ultimate street driving experience. A high-powered, more than likely appropriately outfitted, tuned vehicle driven by an individual that possesses the skill set dripping in a surgeons precision to literally embarrass you, your female companion riding shotgun, and the Honda two miles back that thinks he’s keeping up.
Vince and the Z06 went from a bottom of 4th roll. The driver I the Z06 didn’t have to be a pro, all he had to do was have the nut sack to stay on the gas and he did. As a result, he got his feelings hurt by a brotha…

Festering Vette owner
But please do not clump me with a Viper, I have eaten up a few of them over the years- the are in a group beneath me
Or that makes me a popped and healing pimple in your book

Very Good Vincent.. I think the 3rdgen's with our power plant's put down more power to the ground quicker at 65.. The Vette seems to me to have a different track stance.. Im not certain what it is but maybe someone could explain? The Cts-V to me inside the car feels like Kevins Stance it's weird.. However the Cts-V has that Wheel hop and a lot of other problems back there that need built up.. But they both seem to feel the front end is constantly up in the Air..
