Mobile1 Synthetic

Hey folks, I just changed over to Mobile1 Synthetic 15w50 in the ol' 3rdgen. It's got about 113k miles on it now. Everything seems to be fine, but a few people said I should have stayed with dino oil b/c of the miles on it. What do u guys think?

I think you made a good choice. Unless you have any major oil leaks you'll be fine.

Mobil 1 5w30, 99k and runing great. Oil pressure actually increased ever so slightly over pennzoil 5w30.

I would go back to 5W-30 from the 15W-50 though. Thats pretty heavy even in summer time, doesn't flow the same (very slow when cold) and actually robs some power to simply pumping the oil.
