Has anyone used the "Cam Correct" kit from Competition Products?

Yes. I've done a search and only found one person who even mentioned it.

I don't know if a lot of you have seen it, but it looks rather interesting.

The Cam Correct consists of American made
chain, timing gears, tracking shoe and the key
element, a spring-loaded shoe. The spring- loaded
shoe under deceleration will advance the cam
timing up to 7 degrees. For example, if your
camshaft has an intake centerline of 105 degrees,
in most cases you would install the cam at 100-102
degrees to get the most low-end torque. This
sacrifices the top end due to the camshaft being
advanced. With Cam Correct you will set the cam
in the “straight up” position and the Cam Correct
will do the rest.
Anyone use it, or know anyone who has?

Sounds pretty cool. I would be interested to see what these can do. Has anyone ever seen one of these used?
