Lifetime Gaurantee Antifreeze

Lifetime Gaurantee Antifreeze
Seen a commercial last night for antifreeze that is guaranteed for life. Peak Lifetime warranty or something like that. I'm thinking about using it next time I change my coolant, and will tell you how it goes..

I would just stick with regular antifreeze. I bet it would be safe to say that most 3rd gens don't have a life times worth of coolant life in them. Don't pay for what you don't need.

just got this stuff in at work...looks to be a bunch of bull to me..its pretty spendy too..my employee cost was 16.45..and it didnt list any kind of retail price..even if it says lifetime i can garuntee here in mn i would be switching it at least every other year..and checking it every 6 months..

No matter how long it's guranteed for you'd still have to flush the rad out every now and again and put in clean fluid if you want the rad to last any time at all.

Not sure about lifetime, but since it has no silicates or phosphates in it then it will last a lot longer and provide very good corrosion protection.

You guys need to start reading more.
"lifetime" maybe a bit much, but 5-6 years seems to be normal.
And if your running alum heads, its a great idea.

And if you read the fine print I would bet that it says the "Lifetime of the vehicle but only applies to one owner."

i hope you have a lifetime waterpump too as well as hoses, since youll have to replace the fluid every time you change those anyway. just something to think about-youll still end up changing it

I'd sure think after so many thermal cycles, something would give. Reckon if your system cruds all up, they'll give you free antifreeze on the warranty, then you can replace the cores and flush it on your own nickel. Be interesting to put this in a new Toyota and run it 300K miles, see what happens.
