Anyone who has sagging doors owes it to themselves to install the TDS upper door pin kit. My driver door was sagging BAD, I had already put new lower pin and bushings in- whigh did not even help. I didn't exactly like the idea of paying $75? for 2 bolts and bushings, but it was definatly the best money I have spent on my car so far. Fairly easy to install, great customer service and worth twice the price.
I would add to the instructions that the easiest way to grind the old pins out- for me- was a dremel grinding stone instead of the cutoff wheels. I break waaaay too many of these wheels when I tried to use them.

Glad to hear it worked out for you. I use the fiber-reinforced cutoff wheels. They last longer and are less susceptible to breaking. Sometimes I'll use a fiber-reinforced one with a couple of the non-reinforced ones when I'm feeling cheap.

You mean stacking them together? I never thought of that, I bet that would work pretty good. I broke 3-4 of the regular cutoff wheels before getting half way throught the first pin, But I seem to do that everytime I try to use them. I did completely use up a 3/4" grinding stone, but I didn't have to change any more cutoff wheels. It seems to take me longer to change them than it does to break them in half.

so you're telling me that after this fix... you no longer have to slam your door? I would love that so much. I could NEVER quietly close my door for the stealthy escape.

i constantly have to make the passenger shut it again too. Especially my wife. I'll just know by the sound it made as it shut, and be like "your door isn't shut all the way."

"Yes it is."

"No it isn't, I don't care what it looks like that door is not shut woman, shut it."

"It IS shut."

my driver door was sagging bad enough to rub the rocker panel gfx all the way across, the pin jit fixed it as good as new.
Do a search for door hinge or pin or somthing like that and you will see tons of posts on this.
Lonsal is the authority on this, I am a very satisfied user.
