Valucraft Waterpump

I just bought an lt1 out of a 97 trans am, and it came with a new Valucraft Remanufactured Waterpump. And i know that their batterys are not the greatest quality, so i didnt know if any of their other parts were the same..

Any one else ave one of these or know anything about them?

Re: Valucraft Waterpump

pretty much just the lower quality of the 3 brands at autozone. goes good-valucraft, better-duralast, best-duralast gold. from my experience working there, ive sold quite a few and people dont really bring them back too often. just once in a while for a stupid defect here and there. but its really just the economy brand. nothing wrong with them

What Chevelle said. My L05 was isntalled with one and its still going strong. I plan to get a better one sooner or later but for the $ their good.

Re: Valucraft Waterpump

i think its junk. i would never run a reman water pump. i would go buy an official acdelco pump and not have problems for 15 years.

Re: Valucraft Waterpump

generally the difference i see between Valucraft and Duralast is the warranty. Valucraft most often has a 1 year warranty, where as the duralast is a lifetime (on a majority of products, some products warranties differ) As far as comparable quality, they are about basically the same.
