CRACKHEAD DEAL! Tokico Shock/Spring Kits
While randomly browsing Tokico's website, I stumbled across something so irresistible that I pulled out my Amex and spent a completely unplanned $309 (Shipping included).
All 4 corners shock/spring kit in HP's ($241 + shipping)
http://www.tokicoperformanceshocks.c...-tohpk207.aspx
Or Illuminas ($362 + shipping)
http://www.tokicoperformanceshocks.c...-toilk208.aspx
They also have the front Illumina struts on sale for $109 each
http://www.tokicoperformanceshocks.c...001-front.aspx
Doing a bit of reading on these springs appear they have similar ride quality to the Eibach pro kit and lower your car by 1.2"
Don't know how long this will last.

Killer deal. I was going to go with Weight jacks, but too good of a deal to pass on. I just ordered the Illuminas!

Also the Illuminas have the adjuster in a strange location. It's right at the top of the piston shaft so to adjust the fronts, you have to remove the strut tower dust caps. To adjust the rears, you have to pull back the rear carpet which involves removing interior plastics

I'm not too worried about it... I like that it lowers the car more and I can adjust them if I so please.
Are you sure that the 2nd link comes with Illuminas?

Re: CRACKHEAD DEAL! Tokico Shock/Spring Kits
Looks like the Shock Spring kit is still available at 241....
Question though.. Is that just a Stock photo or are these a coil overs that I have to do a bunch of work to convert my car?
Definitely time for Struts and shocks on my 88, wouldnt mind new springs wither... but I dont think I'm up to converting my car over to something completely different.

I ordered the blue shocks, struts and springs (for a heck of a discount) and no, the pics are just stock pics, which does not make a lot of sense IMO. Actually it confuses most people.
Anyway, I received the right replacement parts for my 84 T/A, which are now installed. Had a local shop do the work.
