OBD2 Scanner, Need help picking out a good all around option.

Hi, I need to update my OBD2 Scanner, I am looking for a good all-around option that will allow me to Diagnose, Read/Clear Codes, ABS and Elec E Brake work and so on. I Would like to stay around or below the $200 Range and Don't really want the Bluetooth/Phone models. I would like to be able to use it on Foreign and Domestic vehicles. Thank you

What do you guys think about these 2? Is one better than the other? I can find the Innova cheaper but I posted the amazon link .

I went with the Innova 5610, It seems like it will do a lot, To get a true Bidirectional scanner I would have to spend quite a bit more.

just in case anyone is reading this for options, I'm using Foxwell 510 Elite for my BMW's and Toyota's. Have had good luck with it. Doesn't really do any programming tho.
