I emailed him also and have had no response. I've heard a few others mention this also. I don't know what's going on. His site was updated on 10-23 and he never put a new inventory/price list yet, so I don't know what going on over there. I know he travels overseas sometimes, so maybe that has something to do with it. You'd think that with running a business like 9bolt.com, he'd have some kind of email account that he could check his mail from other locations/computers. Doesn't make sense to me, but what do I know??

Well the company that makes the parts for 9 bolts in Australia is
www.spiceraxle.com.au
If you call them they will send you to Greg Nolan at
www.motospecs.com
This is as far as I've gotten. He is supposed to call me back. They use the rear end in Ford Falcons and Ford XR8s in Austrailia.

Good luck. I went through the same channels and nobody was able to be of any help to me. I don't know what hookup Miles has, but I'm pretty sure it's straight from Australia.

Here is the GM part number for the 3 series carrier according to Greg Nolan.
12506812 LSD Carrier assembly
10037062 3.45 Crownwheel & Pinion gearset
If you can get just the carrier then you can go to Precision Gear and get a 3.73 ring and pinion.
I have an e-mail to him to see if there are other ratios available that fit the carrier.

You can use this website to look up GM part numbers for any vehicle, simply by entering your vehicle information. I was able to pull up every part GM ever offered for the 9 bolt rears.
Don't expect any bargains, though. Even if you do find a dealer who has any of these parts, they are not cheap. Give it a try though, it is an excellent source of parts info.

Hopefully Miles is busy finishing up his work on the 9 bolt girdle covers!
