Bad experence from Shockwarehouse.com...

Called them about rear shocks for my Buick LeSabre.Wasn't sure if it had the self leveling or not. After talking to the salesperson assured me that all 92 LeSabre's with Dynaride were self-leveling.Ordered the shocks and when I went to install them had the wrong one's.So I had get the right one's from a parts supplier. When I shipped them back to shockwarehouse after 2 weeks got an email saying "You have been issued a credit to your Visa for the return of two Monromatics. Thank you." That's it,not how much was being refunded or an explaination of what was charged.Called a number of times and was told that someone would call me back, never to get a call. The last time I called was told that I was charged a restocking fee and a return shipping charge which I paid for the return shipping.Wouldnot recommend doing business with.
