New fuel pressure regulator $9.09 remartautoparts.com
Found what seems like a smokin' deal - needed a new fuel pressure regulator and these guys are selling old stock but new ones (aftermarket) 85% discount from original retail, shipping is not bad at under $10.

This is the complete unit, not just a new housing or just a new diaphragm.
