modern day muscle = disappointing service

So I ordered a 5.0 H.O. sticker for my dual air snorkel. Delivered as normal, but when i began to open the package glue was stuck to the decal in one area.

Before i completely removed it, i snapped a few pics and sent them with a very nice email.

To make a long story short, they indirectly accused me of opening the package incorrectly and suggested the decal could have been saved. Saved?

They refused to send a replacement without the return decal. My response was the decal was their error, not the manufactor. So, it's not ethical to blame the manufactorer due to their shiping mistake so why request the decal and I'm out more money.

Anyway, I trashed the decal and moved on.

Past ordered went smooth, but the first time something doesn't...look out for problems and money losses.

Sorry to hear that you didnt get helped from moderndaymuscle..
I have ordered many times from them and there have never been any problems when returning/warranty/echange issues.

again sorry to hear that it didnt work out for you.

I just had to write that everyone can have bad days and unfortunately the customer can get in the middle sometimes. Hoppefully it was a one time thing..

They ripped me off of $160. Never shipped the parts to me, after MONTHS of trying to get them to respond, they finally refused to send them. THEY SUCK!

WOW...I remember thinking how lucky i was to only have lost a few bucks and didn't push the issue any more. Based on their emails, they don't seem to understand that a good reputation is worth getting it right with 'every' customer.
