American Automotive Equipment is the biggest scumbag company in existence!!

I ordered a 4-post lift from them Feb 3, 2012, $1934 paid in full. It's NOVEMBER 26. 2012 and I still have not received the lift OR a refund. All I want is a refund, but they haven't answered their phone or returned an email in MONTHS.

On July 2, 2012 I was told the refund would take 5-7 business days, but have still not received one.

So I forwarded all of this info to the credit card company to file a dispute, and they're denying my claim!! How is that possible after I forwarded every email I have involving this purchase!!!!???

I'm FAR from the only person they've screwed, so please steer clear of these scumbags.

However, after being told I'd receive a refund in July, I dropped another $200 and bought a lift from Greg Smith Equipment. This thing was here in 3 days, and is LITERALLY the best money I've ever spent. Their service is awesome, and they're a solid company.
