Contact your local post office, if he has received your money order, cashed it and not sent you your merchandise he has committed mail fraud, by doing his buisness through the postal service. Believe me they do investigate and track this. Good luck.

I have not gotten the dual-cat exhaust he promised me over a month after he recieved the MOrder. I sent just over 200.00 to him for it. No satisfaction yet. Not a good situation. =-[

So this guy's a con, is he? what course of action has everyone taken to get the guy to give your money back? Driving to Jersey to get the wheels or the money is NOT out of the question.

check out my post at the top of the classifieds,i got a hold of his lwayer and i think he is trying to get out of this but i think we all have him by his *****,he will get his,this guy got 8 or more people for $3,000+,what a lowlife.

i bought a set of ronals from him awhile back, and while i actually got them, 2 didn't fit on the car, so i had to go through about a $1,000 worth of hassle w/ ronal before it all got fixed and now i have rims on my car. (2 are new, and i had to paint them. the 2 that fit from john rub a little, but they're on and i'm done w/ it all)
but he emailed me again later on after the whole transaction and asked me how i liked them. when i told him it was a lot more trouble than it was worth, he immediately assumed "I felt cheated," and resorted to insults: he called my car a POS in his last email. I never said i felt cheated, and IMO the email i sent didn't sound indignant or ungrateful or anyhting like that.
ALL of his emails or answers to my questions throughout the whole thing were 1 and 2 sentences, devoid of puntuation or feeling, so i guess i should have been questioning then, but i didn't. i got the rims though.
i posted on the classifieds forum abotu my experience 10/17/03 also, titled "John Rogers........friend or foe?"
