HSR Swappers in here please - What is this? Where does it go?

Please see attached. What is this? Is this the IAS? Where does it mount on an HSR?

Looks like this was indeed the "cold start" or ninth injector. thanks.

Thanks for the posts guys. I got it running today! Started right up!!! HSR, cam, headers, exhaust, etc, etc. Yee-haw!

So, with the inability to put that 9th injector anywhere is this going to pose a problem for starting up the car during the cold months? Especially where I'm at, sometimes it gets down right frigid during winter.
