Oh boy, here we go. This kind of question is going to be purely opinion. I prefer red or black on either. I like the look of Maroon on TAs, but search for 86fyrbrd's car, I love his color. Any way here's a pic of mine.

Red.
Red.
Edit:
I like Blue as well as Silver/Dark Silver (two tone) and a bright Purple color (not pinkish, but not dark blackish purple.)
Dark Green is an interesting color too. It's strange, because I swore I would NEVER own a red car. EVER.
I really didn't prefer the color red on any car.. Something about the color and the Firebird just fit. It's like, uh, how can I explain it? It just fits. Kinda ironic aye?
I fell in love with the color on my car and wouldn't change it for the world. It didn't happen overnight. There is only one word that describes it. Firebird.
I'm not saying it is the color of choice, it's just something that the car did to me when I saw it for the first time. It called me. Is that strange or what?

I love how people ask these type of questions. Like its some known fact or something. Its all opinion, get whatever you like best. After all, you're the one driving it.

For Camaros....a slightly darker shade of silver (see my car at bottom of post) I've seen a gorgeous light/metallic/aquamarine blue one, around here, it's d@mn nice. It's very close to Maui blue, but I'm not sure about it....
For a TA..maroon, black, pewter is really pretty...metallic blue. I've seen a few that were dark green; red...
so many choices....

Here is my old FB. I really never see any yellow FB's up here in MI, so I decided to repaint it. It is the "competition yellow" that came on the mid '90's Corvettes. It only had the 2.8L with the automatic, so I sold it for something better. I'm not sure if i'm going to keep my current T-A white or if i'll change it...
