I find DupliColor matches very well. You can get your paint color WA number off your RPO sticker and usually there is a booklet where you buy the paint to look up the correct color.

Is the WA number by any chance on the door sticker?

Have 2 door stickers, one is for tire pressure and the other is something about meeting all weight theft ext. requirements. A few numbers, but none have WA above below or on the numbers...

Depending on the year of the car, the RPO sheet can be in the center console, or in the rear locking compartment on the drivers side of the hatch area. The paint codes will appear near the bottom of the sticker.

Try going to www.paintscratch.com, and choose 1988 Pontiac, then All Models. There are 52 colors available, a few are red. You may be able to tell by looking at the color, if not, I'd wait for a more specific answer.
