Steering Wheel Repair/Refurbish

I purchased a leather wheel for my car off Ebay. I had wanted to get away from the wheel with the Airbag as I thought the pre-airbag wheels looked better. The wheel I bought looks - O.K. but really not good enough to go in my car.

I need to find someone who can re-furbish the Fbody leather steering wheels. I know you can get "Skins" to go over them but the skins that I have seen just did not look all that great.

I found a firm in California that would re-furbish the wheels but the cost was about $400.00! That was a bit much for me.

Does anyone know of a shop that does a good job on re-doing these wheels at a price that is only somewhat painful?

Thanks!
Speedy

the best i found was 325 but it's an excellent job and you can also do mix matching colors. that or buy one brand new for the same price....

very few places will touch a wheel.
