First pics of my GTA in a LONG time! (and maybe the last in my possession)
Hey guys. The GTA has been on hiatus as have I. I have been worked pretty much 70 hours a week and the car hasnt been driven in like 2 years due to my new project (95 Formula). I pulled the car out and cleaned it up, coz a fellowe thirgen.org memeber (not gonna name names) plans to come across the boarder to buy it. So heres some pics. (due to the dumb max picture rule, i will post 3 and post the rest as direct links)

You have one of the most beautiful 3rd gens and Trans Am's in general on the planet!!!
Btw, I'll take a 3rd gen over a 4th gen anyday of the week.

That platnium silver really stands out on a car with appealing body lines.

Always loved that color and those roh's set it off nicely. Silver badges and a silver headlight "pontiac" emblem might go a bit better with it all though.

well im keeping the formula coz i alwasy wanted a 4th gen.....it doesnt look all that great now, but i got the ram air hood in my garage, and im gonna be ordering 17x11" TTIIs for it and once its lowered the car will come together. it looks kinda dorky now coz the wheels are narrow and the car sits high.

Nope, the pic rule applies only to uploaded images, not linked ones so post away
Very beautiful birds you have, and if you have to sell the thirdgen, at least you're selling it to someone here.

Both cars are sweet. But I don't think I could part with that 3rd gen, though.
I've owned 2 4th gens (96 Camaro and a 96 Trans Am), and they are cool and all, but the styling isn't for me.
These are my old cars,

And this is what I prefer,

I still love thirdgens. my GTA got way more compliments than my 95 Formula. I already got a 383 LT1 from my brothers corvette to drop in the formula. and i am a big interior guy and love the 4th gen interior. But I plan on buying 91/92 trans am OR z28 convertible in the somewhat near future. Right now I just dont have time for the GTA... Im gonna buy a 97-03 GTP somewhere between now and September as a daily driver. Then the Formula will be my race car, and then i can get a thirdgen rag as a cruiser.

Sorry you have to let her go. But you have to do what you have to do. I was hoping you may have brought it down to the Southern Ontario GM Nationals car show in late August, as that car would be sure to take some award... I know you hate to see it go, but as long as it is going to someone who will take good care of her, then all is good.
