I would have to say go with the fiberglass wrap around.
Just my thought. Mine was also messed up but I got lucky and got a good deal on 91-92 TA.
Good luck with wich ever one you go with.

I don't have a bird so I'm not positive, but I think the fiberglass wrap around is lighter and holds the paint better. But I also think it's a couple of hundred dollars (check before you believe me). And the 4th gen wing looks bad ***, but I think there is some modification required. There's an orange bird on the boards I think his name is Solar_un (something like that) and he has the 4th gen wing. Looks sick.

I would go with the 91-92 fiberglass version. I think the 80's aero spoiler looks the best but it is not worth the hassle of worry about it cracking and warping. The 91-92 version will last the life time of the car.
As far as the 4th gen one, I think it is only pulled off with an agressive looking car like the one posted above. The 91-92's have more of a sleek look and I think it would be hard to pull it off.

Nothing to the window, only some body work needs to be done, like filling old holes, drilling new ones.
Thanks for using my car as a reference BTW
