Interior measurements for sound deadener (dynomat)
I am trying to figure out how much putting down a sound deadener will cost. Can anyone give me measurements?

measure the width of your interior from door sill to door sill, then measure the length of the car from the firewall to the tail lights then add 3 feet for the well cavity. Multiply those numbers and you'll have a rough idea of the square feet you'll need for the floor pan. Follow a similar procedure for any other surfaces that you want to cover.

just in case you didnt know, dyna-matting your whole car will proably add around 100lbs to the weight of the vehicle...
Hell, I have 3 stage paint, 13 coats in total, and that alone weighs 27lbs

I know I can measure it, but I was hoping someone could say how much they spent/bought so I can get a round about. I would do the sides and the top too, so measuring bottom is only going to help me with that.

I did my entire car. But I didn't do it so straightforwardly. I used daynamat on the front, in 2 layers. then for the rest of the of the car i used fatmat. I covered every square inch. I bought 100 sg/ft of fatmat and 70 (i think) of the dynamat.
