I had mine replaced by the shop that re-upholstered my RS. He got an ABS piece for it and it holds up real well. If the piece you are looking at already has cloth on it, and the sail panels and visors are included, Id say you have a good deal. It cost me more to do my T-Top headliner with visors and sail panels.

I purchased an ABS plastic T-Top headliner with black cloth material from www.yearone.com I paid about $180.00 about 3 years ago. Just looked in their mag, they are going for $214.00 now. If it's the same as what I bought, it's much better than stock.
