Body Work Tools
So I am going to start body work on my car, I have a fiberglas hood, and have been thinking about getting one of those fiberglass hatch pieces, I have an electric DA and and Air DA.. But I know I need some blocks.. What size blocks do I need to get that work best for my situation and our cars? I am sure that there are some specific sizes that work great for our cars and I didn't want to get to small of one and to large of one..
Please give me a list or an idea of some tools that would work best..

Air DA sander.. Paper for sander in 50, 80, 120, 180, 220, 300, 400 grit
Air Long board sander with 36 or 40 grit and 80 grit paper if you have a good bit of bondo work to do
air blow gun to blow sanding dust away.
Sanding blocks in 3", 4", 6", 8", and 12" lenghts (or paint stiring sticks, and wrap sand paper around them)
Dent puller/slide hammer if you have bigger dents
paint spray gun to shoot the primers with
Painter's masking tape, masking paper or plastic sheets
Prep all pre wash
some black or white rattle can paint to use as a guide coat. If you prime it white, gray, etc use black rattle can stuff, if you prime it dark like black then use white.
The idea of the guide coat is to mist it on your primered car, then sand the primer/guide coat.. If the guide coat some sand off in a spot then that means theres a low spot there that needs some work with glazing puddy or bondo.

I don't really have alot of bondo, just some fiberglass panels, I have heard horror stories about those air boards, grooving panels, so I will be doing that by hand.. I know about the guide coat.. I need one of those stud welders, I think I can rent one.. I can't decide on wheather I want to shave the handles and the locks or keep them.. I love the look of the shaved.. I need a fiberglass hood, but I don't know where to go to get one of the best quality pieces, I just want a flat stock hood without blisters or whatever those are.. So should I use the largest block I can on every panel? I have heard of people taping off the body lines on the other side that your not sanding to keep them from rounding, anyone do this? Looking for some pointers...
