Transmission: WC T-5

89 Camaro Waterborne Paint Question??
What is the best way to deal with waterborne paint? From what I have found out the car was assembled in California, were chemical solvents are not used. The paint has bad oxidation, discoloration, and some spider webbing. It's tempting just have it media blasted!!
