Ground effects repair

Right now I am working on getting my iroc ready for a maaco or earl schieb paint job. I have an issue on the front bumper/ground effect It appears as if the place was in a small crash or something, nothing major maybe a car bumper or fence post. The front bumper is ripped around the right turn signal housing. Can anyone here walk me through what to buy and do to get this looking good a pic for anyone who cars, not of mine but another car.

Re: Ground effects repair

Basically the white is where my car is damaged everything is still there just some cracks/slashes, on the corner piece how do I get it to keep its shape as the egg carton is gone? Furthermore on the piece under the turn signal housing, it is basically cracked right at the edge, leaving no place on the bottom of the bumper piece to drill into to spread the stuff. Do I need to remove the ground effect and wrap the stuff around or do something different? BTW Can i get the necessary products at napa or shucks?
