Removing windshield wiper arms
Is there a trick to removing the wiper arms? I assumed lift up the arm and pry under it, but the arms don't lift up enough to get under them from the arm side and I can't seem to get them to pop off prying anywhere else.
Any hints?

There is a "latch" if you will on the side of the arm where it attaches to the wiper post. Look at it from the top and you'll see it. You can use a flat head screwdriver to pull the latch outwads, not out all the way, just enough to unlock the wiper arm from the post. Its the same approach for both sides.

I know exactly what you're talking about, I was wondering if that had something to do with it. Thanks!
