Car: 1982 Pontiac Trans Am
Engine: Chevy 350 Vortec Roller
Transmission: Turbo 350
Axle/Gears: Moser 4.11
Fastener???

What is the name of this part and where can I get the left and right hand ones? It attaches the bumper and the ground effects I think.

What I did in this situation is drill out the old bolt/fastener and install a new bolt and nut. Or you could try and find the same bracket off another car, but most likely, it will break just like that one did and probably wont last very long.

Modern Day Muscle has them. http://www.moderndaymuscle.com/inc/sdetail/163/901 I bought one for my son's Z28. Works on the Firebirds as well as Camaros. Good product and service.
