whats best to underseal my car

hi all, im rebuilding a 1989 trans am gta convertible, whats best to underseal the car with, i love the look of the shinny gloss por 15, but heres the problem, i want to sand blast alot of the parts, brakes, suspension, axle, pretty much the rear end, and the rest of the underneath is not all that rusty, but i hear por 15 will not take all that well to non rusty parts, has anyone has experience with the por 15 blackcote in the aerosol can, or has anyone tried to apply por 15 to sand blasted parts with no prep, many thanks

Transmission: Rebuilt 700r4 in the Camaro
Axle/Gears: Stock with 3.23s ...3.73 later?
Re: whats best to underseal my car

If I'm not mistaken, the POR-15 instructions say that a freshly sandblasted surface is excellent for adhesion. They have instructions on their website for "people who don't read instructions"

I'm not sure exactly where it is, if I recall its in a PDF on the POR15 product page. And that's actually what they call it, I wasn't trying to be smart.
