Hey, did anything come of that Jongbloed style hood that you all were considering making, the one like Andy's that we had a hellaciously long post on her about? Just curious.

Hey the Jongbloed style hood is also in the works but will be a few weeks after the ram air mold is done. I am waiting for some pictures of the notch back on other cars painted.

Just upload your pictures to a host somewhere on the net, like webshots or whatever. Then you copy the URL of the picture and put it between "" without the quotes.

GT Auto:

I like the proto hood, but to be honest I wouldn't buy one for my car due to the fact that they are a Pontiac trait. Don't get me wrong, they look better than alot of other hoods IMO, but just not along the Chevy bloodlines .

I think the hood looks better on the camaro then the firebird. I am thinking of selling my bird and put a funky paint job on the my camaro with the hood and notch back. Here is what we have on the table now. Camaro hood (ram air) 3 weeks out. Jongbloed style is about 3 weeks after that. We are working on the 4th gen style nose peice for the firebird but this is a tricky one but we will get it. after that some ground effects any ideas??

I couldn't agree more. I anxiously awaited ASCD's SS hood and was very disappointed when I saw the finish product. I'd love to see what an LS1-style SS hood looked like on a thirdgen.

My vote goes for the targa.... it can't be that hard...

PS: I agree, the ram air hood looks stupid on a camaro... round and square don't mix. The only thirdgen I half-way like it on is 86FyrBrd's car...

Make an L88 hood. I'll order one.

I think the Ultra Z hood would fit the camaro better...

IMO
