bodyman assist! bumper fitment need help/suggestions

Hey guys, I'm doing a 91-92 style front end on my 90 and would like some tips-suggestions on making cover meet hood better? I think upper cover support needs some lift up?
also headlight assemblies were changed and need some adjustment - help?

Picture didn't show. If there's too much gap between the top of the nose, and the bottom of the hood, you need to loosen the 4 bolts in each bracket that bolts the headlight panel to the core support, and the center latch support bracket on the headlight panel. Once those are loose, you can lift up in the center of the headlight panel and it'll close that gap up.

Re: bodyman assist! bumper fitment need help/suggestions

Firebirds are a bit tricky to get the fenders, hood and lights to all line up. The order that seemed to work best for me was line up the hood to the fenders first. It looks like you are pretty close there. Then the nose to the hood. Looks like the center of your nose needs to come down a little bit. Then do the lights. For the lights, line them up in the closed position first, then with the hood open, manually crank up the lights and gently lower the hood, carefully checking to make sure there is no contact between the hood and lights. It's a very iterative process, but that order (fenders, hood, nose, lights) seems to work best.
