LS1 vs. 1LE/C4HD, ATTN: ebmiller
im looking to upgrade real soon. these are my options i have come up with. im using 16x8" ZQ8 wheels, so i can't go too big. basically im looking for your opinions on which is better. i have read that the LS1 uses thicker rotors, and has slightly larger pistons. the C4HD has 13" rotors. seems that the parts are cheaper for the 1LE/C4HD. im not too concerned about costs, but if the gains will only be marginal, why spend the extra dough. ed, if you could shoot me some prices for the brackets that'd be great. btw, its for my 87 S10, but that shouldn't change much. thanks, Jim.

Hi Jim, it won't change much at all. I'll send you a PM. Thanks!
