Car: 91 RS Convertible

Axle/Gears: 2.73 peg leg
91RS convertible TPI 355 project: Central TX
Well, I just don't have the time for this anymore. I've been working on it for nearly 7 years, and am almost there, but my job keeps me way too busy and I don't have the garage space anymore.
Here are some details:
The good:
Metallic teal green (kinda dark green), with black vinyl top/ Paint is mostly very good with a few scratches here and there and some peeling on the hood .
Body is straight. No dents at all.
Original factory leather: Driver's side has usual wear, passenger has one small cig burn
Straight body
355 TPI engine. The TPI is installed and pretty much everything is there, including a Holley FPR, newly cleaned injectors, etc. All cables, plumbing, fans, etc. are already installed.
700R4 factory transmission.
When it ran, the A/C worked just fine, and had been converted over to 134a
You get a big ol' box of parts that go with it. I'm not sure what all is there, but it looks like the rest of the TPI air intake system, and some other odds and ends.
Clear title
The not so good:
Needs carpet
Needs rear trunk struts
Paint is peeling on hood. Not too bad yet. Paint also faded on the usual rear bumper area
Needs tires: Tread is good but dry rot and one is leaking.
Probably needs front struts
Needs a battery
One crack in dash, otherwise interior in good shape
It doesn't run, so it will need to be towed
That's all I can think of for now. Really, it just needs someone to fill it up, hook up the computer and battery and see if it runs (and how well), and start driving it and fixing some of the small things above. With very little work this will make a nice car. I just don't have the time or garage space and I need a decent daily driver for now until the new Camaros come out .
Accepting offers. I would like to get $3500 but realize that might be wishful thinking, so make an offer. I would be willing to sell it without the TPI setup for $3000. I am not too negotiable. I don't need the money, and it is actually saving me on insurance to have this car (I get a multi-car discount on all my policies which is actually more than the cost of insuring this Camaro).
If you are seriously interested and in central tx and would like to come by and see it, feel free to email me.

If you're interested, I've got a '95 Dodge Stealth that I'm trying to get rid of. Maybe we could work something out?

Re: 91RS convertible TPI 355 project: Central TX
I would be willing to sell engine, accessories, and TPI (complete) separately as a package for $1000. I will not part out any further, though. If I can sell the drivetrain, I would be willing to sell the chasis separately.

Bumping. Would like the extra room in the garage. Really prefer to sell the whole car.
