I have a 1989 Camaro RS for sale. 160000 miles. Fresh motor.
-1978 chevy 350 small block- new internals.
-t-5 transmission
-Edelbrock Performer 600cfm w/ electric choke
-GM aluminum intake
-Summit pro-star wheels on BFG Radial T/A
-4th gen seats (power driver)
-Flowmaster Cross flow muffler
-Monroe Muffler did all new brakes and lines with a full lifetime warrenty
-Sunpro gauges
-Aftermarket CD player with aux jack
-Many new misc parts (i.e. overflow tank, hoses, radiator, battery, etc.)
-Comes with IROC hood and hood thats on it

So how is its "daily" driver status?? I am looking for a 5-speed daily when I get back from the "sandbox" in about 60ish days or so. Missed so many good 5-speed deals this summer..Nice car I live in Va about 2 hours from Carlisle, might make the fall swap meet, I hope..
I can't confirm the daily driver status on the new motor. When I had the TBI 305 I Drove it everywhere, everyday, everytime. The 350 still needs some bugs worked out of it. Like the manifold leak and needs timed. Just ordered hedman headers and y-pipe and a timing tab to fix that.
Hey, sorry for the delay on the pictures. Its been hard trying to find time to work on the car and get it shined up. The headers came in the other day and im working on that right now. Once i get it done ill post up some pictures and a video of it running.

No I never have been to the show, but like you said it might be worth it.

I just worked on it all weekend and got the headers on and got it tuned. It puts the 305 it had in it to shame.
Here is the cleanest picture i have of it. Taken before the swap.
Since then it also has an IROC grill instead of the RS one since the picture.

I will probably bring it down to the Carlisle show. But i will trailer it so i have something to drive back up. You could gladly test drive it and im not trying to hide anything by trailering it, its just no a/c is not fun. Also what branch of the military are you in?
JDracing, is there anything wrong with the nissan truck and what is that red vehicle?

i just sold the red car,but the truck is still for trade.
it is an 86 nissan 4x4 that was rebuilt around 40,000miles
ago.
it runs really good.it does need painting.
the body has about 280,000,but is really straight.
was taken pretty good care of. has been painted once,but needs again.
it has a/c but don't even know if it is there.
i hadn't looked cause i don't use it.
it does have cracked windshield,but just passed inspection.
it or the red car is my daily driver every day.
now the red car is gone it will be my full time driver till i get me a camaro.

all i have left is a 92 25th. anniv. rs 305 auto.
it needs paint,but car is really clean other than that.
garnet red metallic. i am thinking of going 2 tone with
