Car: 1986 Iroc-Z Camaro
Engine: 5.0 liter V8
1986 Z28 Camaro {$2500} O.B.O. [NY]
1986 Z28 Camaro.
The Good : non-stock 383 Stroker engine, put in 30,000 miles ago by previous owner. Hotchkins Sport suspension (car is slightly lower) also put in by previous owner. The Dashboard is NOT cracked, which is somewhat rare for these cars. The T-tops also have NOT leaked on me. The vehicle also has a newly replaced (professionally) electrical wiring. Windows, wipers, lights all work.
The Bad : The car is in less than desirable shape. The body is mostly straight admittedly with only minor rust spots where the paint has chipped on a few panels. The car, should it be taken as a project would need a paint job on those panels anyway and thus such repairs would most likely fit into that same cost deficit.
It STARTS AGAIN. ALTERNATOR IS BAD HOWEVER, and needs replacing.
The car has NO back bucket seats, to elaborate, the actual seat bottoms are missing, the rear back rest / bench portion is there. The Steering column jerks, requires to be refastened or replaced at some point. Due to the engine replacement, this car has NO A.C. and NO Heating. The front windshield has a crack in it.
Other notes:
The car used to be a manual 5 speed, but the previous owner decided an automatic was more to his liking and thus put a rebuilt R4 tranny into it when the engine was replaced, but the clutch is still there (obviously not connected to anything) should one decide to revert the transmission back to a manual.
This car needs to be towed. I do not recommend driving it for any extended distance without at the minimum an engine fluid flush / oil change (basics obviously).
This car is worth more so in parts than the actual listing price, I know because I paid a higher price 2 years ago, I am simply selling this car because I no longer have a garage to either restore the rest of it, nor to strip it for parts.
As mentioned before, the vehicle will drive, as every part of it mechanically is sound, simply regular maintenance is required to ensure that. So either a decent restoration car, racer conversion or worst case scenario parts car (although it deserves better).

I got the car to run again !!!
Starter is Fine, New Battery as well
CAR REQUIRES A NEW ALTERNATOR THOUGH as it clearly does not charge, otherwise it will drive out and about by the looks of it.

Now that it runs I was considering pushing it back to its original price but I figured that isnt exactly fair so I left it open in terms of negotiations.
To make this matters easier at this point I'll take 1250 for it or give me an offer and Ill consider it.
