Venturi sleeves
The issue of Venturi Sleeves is rarely discussed.
Why?
If they do what I think they do,
VSs [or other types of restictions]
would appear to be a fix a basic misapplication
of 4-barrel carbs...oversized primaries ...
causes driveability issues
[affects 99 percent of non q-jet carbs]

The only carbs with replaceable venturi sleeves are some expensive Demons (or its predecessor the Claw carbs) or Weber type carbs. Then there is the Predator carbs that have a variable venturi. To my knowledge the cost to try and add replaceable sleeves to any other carb would be so much you'd save a small fortune to just buy the correct sized carb.
