Carb of EFI?

There's many different brands and configurations so your application will kind of dictate some options to look for.

Are you planning on installing nitrous someday, turbo/super charged that'll weigh in also.

What size fuel pump? what kind of hp you guessing?

Answer those and we can get you narrowed down to some specific part numbers.

600 holley VS, holley mechanical fuel pump, supposed to be regulated at 7psi, but still dead heading without a return.. 307sbc, maybe nitrous some day but I dont need the boost referencing type for now.. my geuss would be about 250hp at the fly for now, maybe less. just didnt see any return style regulators on the net.. thanks for the help, im lost here.

Realistically your fine with just a standard regulator, but you want return port so take a look at a few of these.

These will all be Jegs P/N since that's where get 90% of my stuff.

P/N 650-4309 Mallory 3 port return style 3-12psi $ 74.99

P/N 027-13301 Aeromotive universal bypass style 3-20psi, you can just put a plug cap over the reference port $115.99

P/N 793-30-900 Quick Fuel bypass style $71.99

All 3 of those use 3/8" NPT ports so you dont have to get into the expensive AN fittings. Any one of them will work for your application.

The Quick Fuel adjustable secondary housing is the only way to run a VS carb, IMHO, if you must run a VS carb.

Looks like the quick also comes with mounting hardware... is there any way I can use metal lines, or what is a decent hose to use?

You can use steel lines going into the reg and bck to the tank, but use some sort of flexible line going to the carb, just makes pulling the bowl off for jet adjustiment alot easier with no chance of stripping it out.
