Car: 1992 Camaro RS AKA Big Nasty

Best literature for carb tuning?
So i had a shop do an engine install / EFI - carb swap for me this summer. Turns out the shop did only a marginal job, skimping and rushing when they could. I really dont trust that they tuned my carb right, and after it being back to them several times, it feels somewhat sluggish on the pedal compared to when it was out of the shop the first time(the engine is 360/380 flywheel.. it shouldnt feel sluggish...)
So I want to learn how to tune my carb myself ( i was going to have to anyways sometime!). I dont really have anyone around me that knows this stuff right now. A few friends back home but im out at school for the time being. Im still learning when it comes to engine mechanics.. but i still like to do things myself.
Can anyone suggest a book for teaching how to tune a carb?BTW I run a Holley DP, mech secondaries.
Ill also be picking up a rich/lean gauge from autometer soon to see for sure.
Thanx all.

The basics of holley carb set up and tuning ar covered online in the holley tech section of their site.
You can buy a good holley carb book from Amazon.
it's part of the "HP" performance book series.
Also availble at most good public libraries. (reference section)
Some good online info
