Anyone using an edelbrock carb w/ 700r4? linkage problem..
I'm putting my former tpi car back together, i'm using an edelbrock 1407 carb on a weiand manifold.. i picked up the 8036 bracket they say to use to hook up the 700r4, but the tv linkage misses the carb linkage by like 2"

Stock TV cable that came with the 700R4. I just installed the geometry connector .... how should I have the TV cable mounted to the carb?

The TPI TV cable is probably too long. You need a cable bracket that either bolts to the back carb mount bolt, or to the intake manifold. Search for it on summitracing.com.
