Thanks chris, like i've said, I'm trying to get things solved but some things are out of my control. For the rest of you that didn't get your stuff, I have either requested you file paypal claims to get your money that I've never seen a dime of back from the people that have stolen it from me, paypal (lawsuit in progress) or for you IROCZ, your money will be in the mail certified on tuesday.

BTW, the guy that wanted to roadtrip to find me... It would be nice if you would post you got your tracking # too.....

Paypal is telling me that your money has been recieved. I can't file another claim after filing one and droping it because you said you were going to ship the items, then backed out.

yea , still waiting here too .... what's up?

EDIT: just got your pm. in your last message you said,

Quote" I will be refunding your money tuesday, that is when it will get put in the mail, certified letter (you will have to sign for it)."

if you didn't have the money then why would you say that?? if you were expecting to get the money tuesday and send it, then thats what you should have said. it's not wise to rely on money you don't have in hand. you already told me that you were shipping the parts by sunday 2-1/2 weeks ago, then backed out and said you were just gonna refund the money. now the story is changing with that too. i understand that some things have happened, but the way you are conducting yourself is in no way how someone trying to start a business should act. it's been a month and a half .... own up to your responsibility as a seller, and either send the parts or the money. i really don't want to dick around with this anymore. enough playing.

Resolution of my paypal claim is in my favor. However they were unable to recover any funds from the sellers account.

The first day the remainder of this week I can finish anything is sunday. ALL PARTS ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED OUT AND CONFIRMED BY SUNDAY. ALL ORDERS WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF.

That is the final solution to all this. Sunday will be my first day without school, and football to take away the working hours our UPS and greyhound is open.

I will be sorting out shipping all this week, so some of you will get tracking numbers a day or two earlier. But for everyone, sunday at the latest.

From what I gather the only way he will get our money or your money is refunded, is if his account is unfrozen. When will this happens, no one knows.

Well I haven't personally bought anything from these guy, but I have had bad experience with PayPal...

A few months ago I sold 2 in-dash DVD players w/ flip out LCD monitors. I sold them at the same time, and they both went for a little over 1000. Both high-bidders paid at about the same time.

This resulted in PayPal locking my account, until I provided tracking numbers for the items, verified my idenity by having them call a home phone and me providing proof that I had them "in stock".

Well, the money wasn't yet in my account - so I set up a tracking number with USPS, but I didn't ship them, just give them the tracking number. They wanted me to ship it... I'm sorry, but if I don't have the funds in my account for the item, I don't want to ship. I've heard of way too many people getting screwed over with online transactions.

Then with the whole in stock thing, I had to fabricate something, cuz both were used, and I didn't really HAVE much proof for that, aside from me selling them, then shipping them out? It's not like they were new.

So after they finally look over all this stuff, it was over a week later, like 8 or 9 days. So I'm already making excuses for all that time...

Then paypal comes back, and instead of unlimiting my account like they said they would after I provided the information they needed, they told me they needed invoices from when I received the items... Well I don't have any! So I tried to make something up... this didn't count it. I faxed them pictures of my ID with the two items, but that didn't work either.

Basically, after this is all said and done with, 3 weeks later, I still have a limited account, and I'm still making excuses. I seem like the ***, but really it was out of my hands... Both filed with PayPal... and since it was through eBay, they were able to get their funds back. However, they came OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT! So my account is STILL limited, I haven't seen that 2,000+ from the two buyers, and I had to take that hit. I've done everything I could to prove the paypal that I have the items, but they wouldn't budge.

What am I supposed to do? PayPal limits/locks your account if you have too much money deposited within 24 hrs, which is what happened to me... I don't think it's right, because basically they're supposed to be a bank. I know they're out to protect you with online transactions, but it some regards, you really get screwed too.

I ended up selling those two items through a message board, and I only accepted money orders. I didn't see that I had any other choice. It sucks when you get screwed by the system.

I'm not saying this guy has any excuse, as I have not dealt with him personally, but I just wanted to say that there IS a chance that he's getting screwed by paypal - esp if he's selling used parts, because if the situation is similiar to mine, there's no way to successfully prove that you have the parts to PayPal... not the way they want you to do it.

Anywho, sorry for the long post....

look im not out to bash the man.. and i do think that paypal has messed him over, there are too many cases of it, ive talked to him and we have made arrangements, but all im saying is that i dont want to use pay pal anymore, too many people lose money but if i dont want to wait a week for my things to be shipped out i guess i have to use pay pal, there has to be a better way.. this just sucks for all of us... and again pay pal =

Well, i will give him credit. After a 2 month ordeal . According to paypal: he requested that a refund be issued to my paypal account. I waited 3 days and there is a credit applied.

You have to realise with his account being locked he has to wait on his income and pay people 1 by 1. Some people are gonna get refunded before others.

Also why you file small claims with the FBI?

you have to realize that i did not pay him with paypal .... i paid by MONEY ORDER! i have been patient, even though i did not pay with paypal .... i waited a month for my parts, on many occasions did he say he was going to ship them, then he couldnt , then he was gonna ship them again ....... and couldn't. then he said he got a commercial line of credit and EVERYTHING would be shipped by some sunday a month or so ago ..... and then apparently his "commercial line of credit" or what i'm guessing was a wekkly paycheck .... got maxed out by shipping stuff .... and only what, 2 people got their items that week?!? what kind of "commercial" credit is that?!? not only that but he won't even contact me .... i've left my phone# countless times .... pm'd him etc. and no response .... i call his house and someone says he's not there or no one answers .... that is why the FBI .... why don't you send me the $170 in his place , since you feel so confident he will pay. and i'll tell him to send you the refund. not tryin to be a d**k .... but thats how it is .

My dad got a hold of him and told him we would call the Prosecuting Attorney in his town if he didn't do something. He said give him a week, so we will then we will see what the deal is.

My thing is that his account got locked for a reason, weather or not its his fault I can't tell. If its not then he should be able to work it out with paypal.
