well i bought his gauges he has for sale well over a month ago, he returned my emails right away untill i sent him the money, and soon as i did i go no responce, he wont email me now nor return PM's or nothing. Emailed paypal and they said cuz its not an order for goods nothing they can do i just have to email him, my mistake guess i just went to fast and didnt click it was for goods, any idea what i can do? Out 150 can for nothin

Last time he was on was 9/11. Did you pay by credit card through paypal? If so you can file a chargeback and skip dealing with paypal.
For future reference to anyone, when dealing with questionable sellers ALWAYS pay by credit card through paypal. That way if the deal goes south you will be guaranteed a refund no matter what paypal says.
I know you started this thread but some people may not see it and do business with this guy again. I would also leave some feedback about what happened in his classified rating so if someone does they can atleast see he has had one bad transaction in the past before they send him any money
First you'll need to access your paypal account and see where the money comes from first when you buy something.
In my case, If I don't have a paypal balance (which I usually don't) the money comes out of my bank account first and credit card second if the funds aren't available in my bank account.
That is my default payment method, but I do have the choice to choose the account, and when dealing with forum members I pay with my visa card. That way if the member screws me I contact my credit card company and request a chargeback. Paypal has no choice but to release the payment back to my credit card when they request it. Which in turns releases me from that debt on my CC, like it never happened.
You need to find out how the money was paid, if it was a paypal balance you might as well give up. If it was bank account you'll need to check with the bank regarding policies making payments like this, if it was a debit or credit card your as good as gold and will get your refund.
I have had some success with my bank getting the money back for me but the credut card thing is the easiest way. If you did pay with bank account you should at least ask your bank if they can help you in this situation because it never hurts to ask
i paid through my debit card through my bank account, my debit is on the paypal and comes directly from my bank acount, its set up like yours then goes to credit, so what do i say to my bank company? your helping so much thanks!
I wasn't sure if every bank would do what mine did or not, I go to a local bank in my small town and they got my money back for me because I didn't get what I paid for. I don't know what else to suggest you try since Paypal will do nothing

well i trackewd him down on chitownracing, and started a thread, he pm with in couple mins and said he will ship it out.. beenb a weeek and still saying hes going to ship it out. Every one on that site says its my fault cuz i didnt call him when i didnt have his number for 2 months, and that hes not a scammer... well when some one takes ur money for 2 months id say its a scammer. well see what happends.. he told me hes tried to send memsg on paypal and all cuz he lost my adres... how hard is it too click details on the money i sent to see my paypal info etc and also emails you it.. ****ing ppl
keep us posted on what happens, I hope he gave you his phone number this time so you can keep in touch with him about this situation. I don't see any reason they could say it was your fault when you paid for the item and he just never shipped them, that is on him you kept your end of the bargain. I always try to ship the very next day after I receive payment and if there is a delay (usually only a day or two) I contact the buyer to let them know. I like for my items to arrive as soon as possible and am sure everyone else does also when purchasing from me

not only did i fully send palric his money back no questions asked, he UNDERSTOOD my issues with shipping to canada like he wanted.... we discussed it and agreed on how to ship it,he had no problem sending the money back, and he got his TB within a few days...

just like i thought, for whatever reason, last time I checked paypal, when i look at your sending money thing, it does NOT show your address, ANYWHERE. clicking details shows me absolutely nothing man.

everyone is so damn quick to just throw out the scammer name, i have 100% perfect feedback with zero issues, your gauges will be on the way, if i hadnt lost my damn password to this site ida replied sooner, i also posted the message on chitown that i FIRST sent to you, with my number in it.
either way, miscommunication, lack of it...problems being taken care of, enjoy the gauges buddy.

I did read the thread. It took 9 weeks for palric to get his stuff and junkcltr still hasn't seen his.
Not sure why your keeping this thread alive but it's hard to understand why you would want to.
