misrepresented a billet knock off will post pics in morning off part # off the alum housing also contained a stock module that he CLAIMS to be true the # off base does match the accel billetech part number this can be proven by simple cross check beware he seemed like it was gonna be total headache so i filed paypal claim guys BEWARE thank you for your time

I haven't misrepresented anything, you are either dilusional or a fraud or both but I THINK it's the later to try and get a refund. I have all the proper paperwork and original receipts from summit to prove it, along with the the proper ACCEL paperwork sent with the dist. to you. You also claim to know it was fake because it has two holes on the shaft instead of one as you claim only came on the part # 60109 dist, although I beg to differ. Below is the link to the dist. on summit's website and you can clearly see the shaft showing two holes in the shaft for the same part#

So tell me Sherlock, if you knew above said item was fake, as you informed me it was because according to you, only one hole should be on the shaft on a true billetech dist, then why in the world would you continue to purchase my item and not inform other fellow members and moderators right there and then, before purchasing the dist instead of after, it just doesn't make too much since to me. Also, I explained to you earlier that it doesn't have the original ign module as I swapped them as the ACCEL went bad, no conspiracy there.

Also you claim to of filed with paypal when you don't even have an account there, you supposedly used your sisters, so you say. I really think this all stems from me getting ready to pass on you, for another member because it took you close to a week to pay, after you were supposed to send me the payment. I then informed you I would only send above item to your sisters address because of too much scamming done on paypal and I only ship items to those on paypal. I still have said pm's also.

Furthermore, I'm the one that told you to contact ACCEL and send them the pics of above dist along with the # on the housing. Below is another pic I had on the thread and sent to DIRTYBIRD, nice screen name.


Last thing, I have made several transactions with many forum members here and not once had a hiccup as I have never intentionally misrepresented anything I have ever sold on this or any other sites, as I deal with a few.

Again, as I said in my earlier pm I sent you, give me the phone # you called, the techs name and possibly reference # if there is one, so I can also call them and verify your said conversation. I can also send them all of my info including the receipt and order # from summit, along with pics of the dist I sent you. Waiting on your reply!

Adding more fuel to the flame, I just got off the phone with an ACCEL tech(I spoke to a tech named Rick) and he informed me that no one called them today and asked about an #60109 distributor. He said there are only three techs working and he's one of them, so he would know, he also asked his supervisor, notta!! So tell me DIRTY, what tech did you speak with???? Also the # on the bottom of the housing is a serial #, not a part#, it keeps track of how many they have built. If any fellow members here have a billetech dist. can you please post up some pics, thanks.

# was 1 216 688 8300 ext 500 didnt give **** about some guys name dude get a life all your photo shows is a STICKER with said # but the base has part #090503 which accel tech said was incorrect so thats what ill trust but this WILL be my last response to your childish antics and as for other said indiidual parts were mailed and refund was made ia paypal claim TY but if anyone doesnt want to deal with me thats FINE by me i promise you someone else will :} TY again as stated earlier ill eat this 1 just others sshould beware ive already bought another module and ill try and get pic of the TRUE part # as it IS NOT the # accel said would be there thats what im going with and by all means keep posting your "evidence" all your info shows is you have well i have a billet dizzy with and accel sticker and cap hell that being said i got 1 in my T/A its got more accel parts on it than the 1 you sold me getting pics of # now plus how am i trying to get something i offered to pay the shipping both ways in exchange for my refund if you ll tell me how i " get a free whatever" from that and what does it matter if the late dale sr sent the money that has not to do with this dizzy and heres your # pic

One last post unless DIRTYBIRD has anything more to add. It seems that Accel has several shafts for the same part#60109 as evidenced below, I just sent this pm to DIRTY

I also wanted you to know that part#60109 comes with different shafts I guess depending on what years they were made, some have one hole with no ridge and others have two holes with a ridge in the middle, like mine and the identical one on summits website I have asked you numerous times to look at.

No offense DUDE but I get a migraine every time I try and decipher your posts, with that being said, your the one doing the accusing here on ignorant facts, apparently you have screwed other people on this forum and have a guilty conscious about getting screwed yourself. Again, anyone with half a brain can look at my pic and the one on summits site, with the same exact part# and come to a modest opinion that they are one in the same.....It doesn't take a genius to put two and two together. Again, I'm also the one that told you to contact ACCEL, up until that point it wasn't even on your radar. I really think, if I was trying to sell you a knockoff, I wouldn't have suggested that. How about you email rick the pic of the distributor I sold you. Also, they haven't a recollection of talking with you but anythings possible. I also told you I still had the original box here, so again, here are some more pics that you like but you'll probably say the box is also a knockoff. Also, the pic you posted above doesn't come up on my screen.

I just wanted to state one more thing. Like mentioned above, I have sold several items on this forum over the last few years, some of which, have been big money items nearing one thousand dollars. So to think, I would go out of my way to screw a fellow forum member over(especially an $85.00 item) after having several big money items is ludacris.
