Second Fan DOESNT COME ON
Alright, my second fan will not come on, even when the temp reaches 240-250 Even when the AC is on, the second fan does not spin.
What's causing it to not come on?
Bad Relay?
Bad wiring?

sorry for a dumb question, but, how do I feed it the 12v directly?
Also, the guy who owned the car before me, wired the driver side fan to stay on all the time I think

It could be a bad fan switch in the passenger side head. But it should still go on with the AC. Neither on mine worked (Temp or AC), but the fans did work when supplied with 12v. I replaced relays..etc It ended up being a broken wire.

I had the same issue with my Z28. To feed it 12V directly, unplug the connector that goes to the fan, get some "testing leads, wires with the alligator clips on the ends" from RadioShack or wherever. Now check your wiring diagram, and connect the clips to the fan connector leads and then ground one to the frame and touch your battery + terminal with the other. The fan should spin. Make sure you don't reverse the wires. Other causes for aux, fan not coming on: Relay, bad fan switch between #6 & #8 spark plugs, the connector that connects to the fan switch corroded. You can check the fan switch, by uses the test leads and grounding the fan switch connector and turn the key to on. The fan should spin.
