Tstat help

Just got a 87 Camaro, could somone send/post a link to a good 180* tstat please? the car runs redline(and more if i'm not careful) air dam is intact, radiator doesn't leak, i flushed it out and put 1/4 antifreeze 3/4 distilled water and a bottle of water wetter in it. i've played with ac/heat and such and nothing there helps. going about 60-65mph cools fine if I don't touch the gas.. I took the radiator out and there were no debris between it and the condensor(sp?). I believe my tstat is the problem because every once in the while it'll decide to cool down and it drops like a rock, so I think the radiator cools fine.

Thanks
